You acknowledge that addictsupport.com charges users for Membership at the rate of $4.95 per month or $29.99 per year (collectively, "Membership Fees") and that we may change our Membership Fees from time to time in our discretion. All Membership Fees are exclusive of sales or other taxes and you are responsible for payment of applicable state and local taxes.  Membership Fees are payable through PayPal.   If your membership is terminated for any reason, whether by you or by addictsupport.com, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of the Membership Fees you have paid.
